Reverse Osmosis Systems for Offices

Eco-Friendly RO Systems

4 and 5-stage undersink Reverse Osmosis filter systems specifically designed to reduce waste water to the drain by up to 85%. Both models use environmentally friendly Greenblock® filtration media that significantly reduce the carbon footprint when compared to traditional carbon filters. The NSF and WQA certified Greenblock filters are made using eco-friendly coconut-shell greencarbon™ that is manufactured using a special process that reduces harmful green-house gas emissions. The RO membrane removes an average of 95% of the dissolved solids from the incoming water, while sending up to 85% less wastewater to the drain using its new Energy-Recovery-Valve. The Green Machine Supreme fits under most sinks and makes clean, great tasting water whenever you need it, eliminating the need for bottled water and the negative environmental impact associated with it.

The 5-stage system is designed to ensure water quality, membrane performance and filter life, where the incoming water contains a high amount of sediment as in some well water systems. An extra pre-filter stage is added before the membrane. This design can also be used to extend time between filter changes.

Features:

  • Eco-Friendly Greenblock® carbon filtration
  • Up to 85% less waste-water to drain
  • City water pressure operates the RO membrane
  • Auto shut-off valve (conserves water)
  • Flow restrictor – modified capillary
  • Long reach, non-airgap chrome faucet
  • Feed water connector – threaded inlet adapter with metal ball-valve
  • Drain connection included
  • 1/4 inch flexible polyethylene tubing with JACO compression fittings
  • 2 year limited warranty

Reverse Osmosis Systems for Restaurants

For Drinking Water and Ice Supply

5-Stage System makes up to 350 gallons of fresh water per day. Up to four high capacity RO membranes are used to provide the required water rate. It is supplied with a 14-gallon pressurized tank which holds 9-gallons of water. Two tanks may be used to increase the reserve to 18-gallons. The RO technology removes an average of 95% of the TDS. To further decrease the TDS, a de-ionizer cartridge can be installed as a post-filter option. The five stages are described in the table below.

A booster pump is provided with the system to produce water pressure of 85 psi to the membranes. To reduce wear on the pump, it is installed after the 3 pre-filters. A pressure switch in the line to the tank will turn on the pump when the tank pressure is 25 psi, and off at 40 psi and is also adjustable. A 0-160 psi pressure gauge indicates the pressure to the inlet of the membrane. The overall duty cycle of the pump is 50%.

The unit can be wall mounted or floor-standing with an optional stand. The stand is made of powder coated steel and bolts to the underside of the bracket.

Reverse Osmosis Systems for Commercial Businesses

For whole facility supply

Built on a sturdy free-standing powder coated steel frame, these use commercial size RO membranes that typically remove 95% of the TDS. These systems are designed to handle up to 2500 ppm TDS, with an estimated 3-year life for the RO membrane. All models come with sediment and carbon pre-filters as a safety measure. Pretreatment is required by the user for the larger flow rates and in case of hard water

Features:

  • TFC reverse osmosis membranes with stainless steel housings
  • Positive displacement pump with motor
  • Feed water solenoid valve
  • Product water flow meter, product water TDS sensor
  • Brine control with manual needle valve
  • Pressure gauges for supply water and pump inlet
  • Membrane flush system
  • Low pressure shut down switch
